Amazing, incredibly knowledgeable therapist, who made me feel very safe and secure, and unbelievably tranquil and relaxed. Guided breathing exercises really calm anxiety and make you feel centered and feel at peace.
Cons
The only con might be that I can't get a massage every single day 😇
