      Pros

      Small company, working in the makeup industry was fun and different. Relaxed work atmosphere. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      Relaxed atmosphere equaled sometimes unprofessional work environment. Upper management was slack in job responsibilities. A lot of time spent gossiping and not working, while lower employees worked much harder.

      Awesome product, amazing reputation, solid management, everyone wants everyone to win. Flexibility. Supportive environment.

      Cons

      Vey few. Tight budget, but they’re responsible with their spending and it’s understandable given their price point and state of the economy.
