Cons
The most unprofessional management organization that I have ever worked with. Get everything in writing and hold them to it! Small book and bill business that has out grown its capabilities and skill set. Just tour one their "facilities" before you decide to work there. No training programs provided to technicians, or workers. upper management lack basic skills to run a medium size business, which trickles down to all levels.
