      very specific jobscope, hence less pressure & stress

      Cons

      the specific jobscope was a reason for a lower range of salary than other contractor's company. but if you are in a certain group of race, your salary is higher than the others, which doesn't proof the previous point at all.

      Great for someone that seek for construction site environment, meet lot of big name main contractor mostly focus on waterproofing ONLY

      Cons

      Useless project manager that only talk, and push people forward if he gets mention by main con. Find scapegoat if any issue arise
