-Felt like I was back in school -Lack of training -Never had a social -Old style of recruiting -Management beats you down rather than getting the best out of staff -Militant, rather than letting staff unlock their own potential -Very aggressive management throwing chairs and screaming at staff -You’re made to feel stupid and told by the CEO a monkey can do the job it’s so easy -no flexibility 5 days in office

- CEO is toxic, has anger issues and will shout at employees collectively when you're not doing well, then go back to joking around like everything is fine -manager may seem nice on surface level, specially to impressionable grads, but as the saying goes, being a good recruiter doesn't make you a good manager. His role is to train grads with no experience, but when asking him a question he will respond by saying 'google it' and make you feel like you should know the answer -there is no real training on the market and industry, or how to make good cold calls -employees are thrown in to the deep end, told to get on the phone and navigate it all yourself -KPIs unachievable no mater how hard you try, yet the blame is put on employees for not reaching them. I did not see anyone reach all target KPIs in my time there.
