the owner is very narcissistic and makes you feel like you do everything wrong and then replaces you with someone overseas and pays half the salary to them
ROI has been a great company to work with. The duties I take on of submitting estimates for jobs, turning in jobs and communication with operations department has been a great learning experience and an opportunity where I am trusted to develop improvement in my role and have an active say on optimizing processes which has been a major positive for me. Everyone has been supportive within the company and great to work with.
Cons
Sometimes since we are growing so rapidly there are spikes in workload that make it difficult to keep up with, and some structures are still being built which takes patience but that is actually something I like helping with.
Survivable salary, decent hours, trama bonded coworkers.
Cons
I’m not exactly positive where to begin my nightmare. Everyday is worse than the previous. The owner… is a joke. He’s the most unfit leader of any organization I’ve yet to see. His head is 10x larger than it should be. Egotistical, vindictive, narcissistic, micromanager. He’ll be humbled when it all comes crashing down - which it will.
