ROOSTERGNN is a great place to work

Pros

ROOSTERGNN is a great place to work if you are looking for a multidisciplinary company. It is a growing company so you can develop you as a professional. Each year, new ideas and proposals for the academy and other RGNN strategies arise, that means that every day you have to overcome and learn new things. Another positive thing about the company and the workplace is the different people from other part of the world you meet. You can exchange cultures and different points of view that make the work really motivating. Every day in this company is different from the previous one. That's the good thing about working with people and for people.

Cons

There is always something to do. You have to be able to work under pressure and be very decisive. Having jobs from different fields, means that you must organize yourself very well, otherwise your day to day will become chaotic.

Love what I do at ROOSTERGNN!

Pros

People always say “do what you love, love what you do”. I am so glad I found ROOSTERGNN. I have been working with ROOSTERGNN in Madrid, Spain, and Paris, France. I love being able to attend events on an international level and connecting with experts in the field. It is a pleasure to help young journalists find their future career path, and that I can help others do what they love, too.

Cons

None, I enjoy every part of my job. I would love to be on the team that goes to Cuba, too – I would like to have the opportunity again to work with them in the near future. I understand, though, that there are lots of people that want to go and that I already went to Paris.

Pros

Non-profit platform that supports freedom of expression and journalism education; scholarships and financial aid for young journalists; paid prizes for journalists; educational travel programs for journalists via ROOSTERGNN Academy in Madrid, Spain and Cuba.

Cons

I like forming part of the team at ROOSTERGNN. Sure, I understand that in all organizations there are aspects that can be improved, just as I know that no human being is perfect. But in my opinion, when such improvements are implemented with good will, this should be openly recognized.
