This field isn't big enough. Toxic leadership, watched around a staff get hired on with promises of promotions and education only to be terminated without cause. Managers and upper leadership is toxic and fires people to hire friends. Even saw a staff member fired who had health issues without cause they called it. Overall con is everything but the pay.

The leadership in place supports verbally and psychologically abusive behavior, sexual misconduct/constant sexual jokes (you know who you are), and is THE DEFINITION of nepotism. I both witnessed and experienced all of it. If you're not in the inner circle, you are mocked, disrespected, bullied, ignored, and eventually pushed out. I watched them hire people for their looks and fire them after not bothering to train them, calling them horrible names behind their backs. No matter how much you give of yourself, if you're not a friend you're in trouble. They will fire anyone without cause after they have run them into the ground. Mainly, BH and RCAC have the most cancerous leadership. Stay FAR far away.
