Pros

Nice people. That’s about it.

Cons

1. Management is basically fluking their way through things, they have no structure in place and they’re not as open as they claim to be. They claim to have an open door policy and welcome feedback, but nahhhh it’s all talk, they just mock you behind closed doors. 2. Someone here commented that it’s like high sch and that’s an accurate representation: the main clique = the management, if one doesn’t like you, the rest wouldn’t either. 3. Increments and bonuses are not transparent. There are no KPIs because again, the management are a bunch of young adults trying to play adults so yeah they pretty much just wing it.

Pros

- The company has a strong dedication in boosting their image to cover for their insecurities (please check out their fake 4* and 5* glassdoor reviews)

Cons

- Colleagues forced to leave without notice period, people fearing for their jobs - Weak top management (unable to defend and hold their own opinion - no bonus and no recognition when business is growing but when things go south, employees are thrown under the bus) - So much politics, especially at a company of this size, unhealthy culture set by the top and nobody holds accountability for business performance

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have the positive experience we want for all our employees. In regards to your comments: We are operating in countries with strict labor laws. When it comes to employees departures, we will discuss with the employee on the best arrangement for both the employee and the team during the transition. There are times that we recognize that long notice is not needed. Hence, it explains the short notice for amicable departure in the best interest of the company. I appreciate you sharing your personal perspective, and while I disagree with your comments about our management team, that doesn’t mean we always do the right things. Bonus is purely at the discretion of the company and subject to both company and employees’ performance. We have to consider the full year 2021 performance before finalizing the performance bonus structure and as you know the economy is trying to pick up from the first year of the pandemic last year. Hence, we are making sure we are paying our employees fairly following the market with a performance review in Q4 2021 last year for all departments. One of our priorities for this year is to build the RPG culture following our core values including “taking ownership” . We are aware as the company grows, the company will evolve along the way but doesn’t mean we get it right every time. Learning is all part of the development process. Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed in your experience here, and I wish you the best for the future.

Typical High School Movie

Pros

My opinion: Do not trust the positive reviews.

Cons

It seems to me like I am watching a typical high school movie where the popular kids rule the school, and the uncool kids … well you know how the movie ends for those who don’t sit at the cool kids' table. Most likely, you are the uncool kid in this movie. If not now, probably some time in the future. If the uncool kid speaks on fair treatment, the cool kids have the power to find fault with you, instill fear without listening to your side of the story, to the point where you question your own capabilities and value as a human being. It also appears that the toxicity trickles down the pyramid, as you find many who were cool with you prior, are also now criticizing everything you do, even when you are not trying to find fault with any party. The uncool kids are then forced (through unjust ways) to “fall back in line”. If you don’t, then out the pyramid you go.

First of all, let me start by saying that I am sorry your experience with RPG wasn’t great. We take your comments regarding toxicity and favoritism very seriously. As a company, RPG strives to foster a work environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed in your experience here, and I wish you the best for the future.
