There are some decent people who work here but the major issue is the people who run the company think they own you and even if your on-the-job track record is impeccable, they’ll still try to control your life outside of work. To make matters worse, one of the owners acts like a toddler if you disagree with him and he won’t hesitate to throw a temper tantrum and fire someone even if it’s not in the best interests of the company. If you want to work for a quality engineering consulting firm that is committed to improving, look elsewhere. The owners are not engineers, have no idea how to run an engineering consulting firm, and don’t have the slightest bit of interest in even trying to learn. Also the benefits are trash. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
