      Pros

      Great people, challenging projects, flexible schedule, consistent and constructive mentoring, opportunities for growth, and respect. Fun and fast paced work. One of the great things about RPM is that people are allowed to advance and progress as quickly as they are able to master the frameworks.

      Cons

      There are more opportunities than people to undertake them.

      Great experience I wouldn't change go back and change a thing You get out what you put into it Flexible hours Great people to work with

      Every Project is different so you might get put on a project that you don't really like They don't care about your personal development like they say they do They are a start up still trying to get everything running smooth

      Don't waste your time and Money

      you can tell people you're interning for a consulting firm. you learn what kind of a person you don't want to be.

      Cons

      you do grunt work that doesn't impress anyone. it will cost you money overall. you're asked to drive all over the state and pay for work related items. any positive review is from upper level management.
