Pros

Great mission in saving lives through cardiac resuscitation training.

Cons

TOXIC leadership team. Favoritism for American Heart Association staff associations / work history. No commission - "team" based bonus for sales team. Flavor of the day organizational training. Restructuring constantly. I do not recommend this organization for career opportunities.

Pros

Virtual work, virtual work, that’s it.

Cons

Everything else. Leadership is a joke. Mostly former AHA reps that have never sold anything. Embraced in a brainwashed GAP program called breakthrough thinking. Another joke. Not based in reality. No ndvufual KPIs or commission. Just a glorified customer service role, salary only. Promise an end year bonus that is unattainable. excessive micro management with no accountability of directors or senior management. They like to hire green sales reps or nurses that have never had a sales job and then try to brainwash them and grind them for little pay. Terrible culture. Move on and try another company.

Pros

The company's mission and product are commendable. Some members of senior management and director roles exhibit positive qualities. You will learn to work with cross-functional teams and complex sales. PTO and all-remote work environment

Cons

Senior management exhibits favoritism towards individuals with connections to American Heart Association (AHA) or Laerdal, leading to a lack of diversity in leadership. Little emphasis on performance evaluation, with decisions often based on personal connections and loyalty rather than merit. The company's approach to "Breakthrough Thinking" lacks innovation, instead fostering a homogeneous work culture. Limited opportunities for free-thinking and expressing new ideas, with little interest from leadership. Issues with software and customer support remain unresolved, despite their impact on product quality. Limited room for growth if you are not AHA/Laerdal Benefits are crazy with a 10K family deductible. Pay is average - DO NOT EXPECT to make much more - there is a bonus structure, but early on they stopped paying out commission on sales. If you are a true salesperson this is not for you.
