Rreaf residential cares about their employees, you are not just a number. They give you the opportunity to train, learn and grow your career. Love the changes that have been taking place, all for the better!

Cons

Doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get caught up and get everything complete that is required. I think that is the same at most any jobs though.

Everyone from the new CEO and upper management are easy to talk to and try to help you as much as possible since they took over the property there has been a large amount of capital projects that they are working on to improve the property
