Pros

None what so ever

Cons

Team leaders are a joke they are a little click where you are never right you can't be right. Some of the team leaders only care about brownie points and will do anything to look good in front of managers even if it means tearing people down to nothing. One of the supervisors is a disgrace so condescending and is just really bad at her job in general. Also they all love there gossip and nothing in this office is confidential. the HR department is an absolute joke you tell them something in private and its straight back to management before you even sit down. Do not work here unless you want to be depressed and just hate work every minute of every day. When the ceo comes over we're all told to smile and big waves for the boss man like perfect little minions pure and utter joke

Pros

Makes you realise the type of company you would want to work for, and it's certainly not this one.

Cons

Unprofessional CEO Family/friends business - if you have a problem you've got nobody to turn to - they will just dismiss the issue being down to you. Lack of health and safety. Detrimental to mental health. Favouritism.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is the owner and hr were great.

Cons

Right so where do I begin? I worked here for close to 6 months and first off this job was completely missold to me during the interview, was told it was lightly target driven where management would only encourage you gently to achieve which was not at all the case as every 15 minutes team leaders were coming to check on the status of my outbound list and demanding you speed up and get the list finished. The targets are 110 calls per day which is doable however the most unachievable part were the 40 schedules target. On a shift 2 maybe even only 3 would hit the targets. If you inevitably didn't hit the targets you'd have your TL and the ops manager (whom we'll discuss momentarily) sending scathing emails and pulling you out to one on Ones blaming you for not hitting the targets and ignoring the fact that 8 out of 10 outbound calls are voicemails. 1 TL would tell you to prioritise the inbound list and then when someone asks you how far along the outbound list you are and you tell them you haven't had a chance because the inbound calls keep coming they insist you need to get through the list, and this ping pongs back and forth and they get clearly aggravated when you can't get through the lists. Now let's talk about one of the ops managers (whom shall remain nameless). In all the jobs I have worked I have never met a more condescending, sarcastic and all around unpleasant woman in all my life. She was so unapproachable that if I didn't know what I was doing on a call I would start making things up just so I didn't have to go to this woman. If i did go to her she would roll her eyes or clearly very aggravated tell me or other times just very rudely say "No. go to someone else". This woman has no business being anywhere near a position of power and is 90% of the reason I left this job and told people never to apply. And lastly, it is a minimum wage job in a call Center that pays monthly, this line of work has no business paying monthly and very unmanageable for such low pay.
