Don't join rsnecc, its worst environment and don't provide salary in time and s daily dey harass employees

Unprofessional unethicall, harassment, no salary 4 or 5 months delay in salary torcher even after submitting the work wgen u ask for salary

the Statement itself showing that your a unsatisfied employee in the organization. How come you worked with out paying for 5 months, is that anyone can work with 5 months pay. If your not capable of producing quality work you will be asked for several questions and comments for which only you have been recruited. There no such scenario in the company and please think how come some one work with our get paid and served for 5 months. Please be honest in writing comments, dont show your inability to record some thing like this. we can see out of 300 employees only 3 or 4 unsatisfied and unqualified or removed employees writing comments. Please at leaset be truth full to the present company.

If you expect a salary regularly every month, then this is not your place. If you quit, you can expect a salary for your notice period.

If you have not been paid with your salary, how come you have survived for one year in this company. Why you have not resigned and left the organisation in the first month itself, its very simple that your covering your inability by recording on the portal. if that is the case company cannot run for 7 years which is know to all the good employee s.

Cons

1) No salary ontime (anytime). 2) Esi/PF never paid but they are making deduction from salary. 3) Not even following management system and no proper response from finance department and HR department. 4)No justification regarding salary delay . 5)No amount reimbursement. 6) They hire the candidate and use him for some 3 months , without paying any compensation they will throw him away. This is the master strategy they are following . 4)

PF and ESI will be paid periodically for all the employees, its government proceedure to be followed. If your absconded from the work and not provided the notice period for that period no company will pay your dues.
