Pros

Oh yes, the promotion process here is truly a masterpiece of logic. It's eerily reminiscent of the PropertyLim Brothers saga—you know, the one where a certain female staffer allegedly went from intern to VP in two to three years through an affair. And here in RT? Well, we've got a manager promoting their partners to… well, partner in under two years. But I'm sure there's absolutely no parallel there. Let's ignore for a moment that in the audit industry, becoming a partner typically requires five to six years of actual, granular experience—not a casual two to three. But who needs competence when you've got… whatever this arrangement is? Now, to be fair, we have no confirmation whether such a saga actually exists in RT. None at all. But to the public eye—you know, the people watching from the outside—it just happens to look exactly the same. Purely coincidental, I'm sure. The moral? Apparently, inter-office romance is the express lane to the top. But hey, no evidence. Just a striking resemblance.

Cons

The work here comes with ridiculous job assignments and constant micromanagement—courtesy of the very partner mentioned above. Because nothing says "I earned my position" like breathing down everyone's neck while fast-tracking your favorites.

Pros

Good opportunity for promotion if you’re capable. Great culture with supportive management who is willing to support and help you whenever there is obstacles and difficulties in delivering work. Wide exposures to all different industries and type of companies.

Cons

Salary is slightly below market and ofcourse, lower than bigger mid size and big four firms. Boss is strict and if you make mistake, boss will say it straight to your face about your mistakes.

Pros

I dont think there is any pros in this firm. The firms will utilise you like a tool or machine. There is no emphathy given, especially the managing partner and the HR director.

Cons

For those took ACCA, please dont come in as you are not welcome. The managing parnter only prefer those with CA Singapore and or ICAEW. You can claim your ACCA memebership fee, but once resign, they will clawback even though is not stated in the offer letter. Watch out, they will count with you by days to offeset your membership. Managing partner like to have day dreaming set up office in all region will looking and caring on the current employess based in Malaysia and also in Singapore. The most ironic part is, they are encouraging Malaysia based staff to take on CA Singapore but never have plan for the staff to relocated them to SG. All the staff are treated like robot and factory worker for mass production of audit file. Managing parnter only care for his pocket and those can flatter him. I am pitty to those audit client as well, managing partner from time to time will think out of the box, adding extra charges to client.
