Attorney- Ramin is passionate about his client's cases and he goes above and beyond to ensure clients and staff are taken care of. Opportunity for job growth - Ramin and his staff take their time to teach and encourage professional development both within and outside the firm.
Cons
The attorney prefers 3-5 years working experience when hiring candidates.

I truly enjoy working at this company. The team dynamic is supportive and collaborative, and communication within the office is always clear and respectful. I really appreciate the transparency from leadership and the strong work ethic that’s encouraged across all levels. It’s a positive environment where everyone is committed to doing their best, and it makes coming to work each day genuinely rewarding.
Cons
Small improvements in efficiency could help the team be even more productive and reduce day-to-day stress during busier periods. That said, management has always been receptive to feedback, which gives me confidence that the company is continually evolving in the right direction.
