As a general rule I wouldn't say things about a company but I though my review will be able to help somebody to make a right decision Here's my story: I was between contracts when RXP agent approached and offered me a contract with RXP client. The rate was very low but he explained that RXP is not a usual agency but they always trying very hard to find other roles and RXP contractors never will be out of the job. The 2.5 ratings here and the reviews before mine additionally to very low contract rates were good enough to put me off this job. I then got a call from RXP account manager who assured me that there were disgruntled ex-employees and the reviews were not a reflection of the reality within the organization and that they were changing the culture. This place was the most depressing experience of my 12-year career as a contractor. I was on site left without any support from RXP moreover my RXP account manager has no clue if my contract will be extended or not. Actually, he finds out that my contract won't be extended from me, not from the client. I was contracting in RXP about a year and my account managers change 3 times as everyone tried to leave when they find any opportunity.In any case, all account manager promises were lies RSP never looking after their people and if you contract is ended or terminated that's it. RSP won't even try to find another position.
