Work downtown, good food now and then. Get Christmas week off.
Cons
Low pay. No career paths. Lots of work. Unorganized. Dysfunctional. Toxic environment. High turnover rate. No bonuses.

Pros
Radiance really feels like a family. The team is close-knit, supportive, and always ready to help each other out. The CEO and GM are both very understanding and down-to-earth, which makes a huge difference day to day. They truly care about their employees and want everyone to succeed and grow. The company also makes an effort to celebrate wins and have fun together, We throw parties and team events every now and then, which keeps the culture positive and connected.
Cons
it’s a fast-moving environment and sometimes things change quickly, you need to stay adaptable.
