      Low pay and outdated tech stack with no proper resources management

      subsidiary on parking is good

      Cons

      lack of resources management, techs are exhausted and overloaded heads does not guide their staff and did not manage team properly no documentations, terrible working environment when there is no documentation at all tech stack are very old and yet no enhancements, exhausted the techs
