Pros
1) Snacks in the kitchen, ping pong, but beware. 2) If you are the kind of person who is good at politics and willing to use others as your stepping stone, it can be done here. 3) You can get paid money to work on a dubious product. 4) Only BSing is required to succeed here. 5) Occasional company outing that you better well damn go to.
Cons
1) Many or probably all of the most important support roles are filled by incompetence, eg HR, management, leadership. 2) Lies, misinformation and idiotic ideas start from the highest level. 3) Good ideas go ignored, probably for political reasons. 4) Lack of effective communication, possibly for malicious intent. 5) If you are a competent worker who cares about your work, you will be miserable.
