      Pros

      It's a very cool office space with a great kitchen. Some of the people that work there are very creative.

      Cons

      Terribly negative, backwards, sexist company culture. They completely disrespect their employees in not only the extremely low salaries, but in the way that they speak to them and view them. There is a hierarchy within the company that will never change. I would not recommend this company.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot. They have a very organized certain way of doing everything. It doesn't leave room for era. This will prepare you for anything if you're just starting out in the business.

      Cons

      Very hard to get a promotion or raise. They're very old school but fancy themselves ahead of the game. Radical would do well to really start listening to their younger employees. And maybe do some shuffling with staff. Hire more of a diverse group of people working in management positions.

      Pros

      Very organized. You get breakfast and lunch. Great outdoor seating.

      Cons

      Frank Scherma and Jon Kamen never hired any POC Executives. Racist things were said and done here and nothing was done. Sexual harassment happened and it was covered up. No POC producers. They got called out last year and then they scrambled to hire some African American employees. They have POC content but it is backed by all white people. All of these concerns were brought to the CEOs attention and nothing was done. This company is lucky they were never sued. But one day their story will be told.
