Could be so much better with a decent CEO

Pros

It is a smaller company so you can get experience in many aspects of the company. There are interesting projects and can be fun at times to work there. Most of the managers have been there for a long time and still care about their employees. Health insurance is cheap but dental and eye are at cost.

Cons

THE CEO! I don’t know how to stress this enough, he will be the ruin of the company. He is impossible to work with because there is no working with him, only for him. Doesn’t matter what it is but he knows more than you and will talk over anyone, including customers, to tell them that. Even worse are his “innovative” ideas that drain any profits the company had made. The only reason he is even at the position is because of family connections. Thanks to his leadership, the incentives are terrible and at an all time low. The average would be probably ⅕-1/10 of that before he started so do not let them dangle that imaginary carrot in front of you if you are desperate enough to look for employment from them. Morale has flatlined so there is a lot of bickering and most employees are no longer interested in doing anything beyond their most basic job description. The environment can be very toxic to work in and makes it hard to go in each morning.

Have faith. The market for capital equipment has been soft in the latter half of 2016. As others laid off, we chose to keep our team together and put excess labor into new product development. This along with healthcare increases (we pay 93%) and our increased vacation policy put a strain on profits and incentives in the short term but positions us well for forecasted market growth in 2017 through 2018. Pros

Beware of the fake posts on here from the CEO. They are just trying to make themselves look better than they are. You will find out as soon as you start working here that this place is a disaster! From the CEO that is an arrogant jerk to the employees that only care about themselves and will tattle on you ever chance they get. This could possibly be the worst environment that you will find yourself in. Expect to want to cry at least once a day as you are mistreated and disrespected. The company will try and take every benefit away from you they can to make it as miserable as possible to work there. You will be belittled and treated like a dog by the CEO, who everyone hates and thinks he has no business being in the position he is. He is the problem and creates the poor environment that everyone hates. The company will never thank you for your efforts and you will never feel like you matter. Steer clear of this pit and land of the dinosaurs!

Cons

The whole place is a con! There is absolutely nothing positive to say about the place. Take some advice and don't work here.

Pros

A handfull of original employees holding company together.

Cons

Worst moral through out the company I have ever seen. Someone quits every two weeks. Below average pay with small and even no raises every year. Ceo has written good reviews to make himself look good.
