Managers harass employees when they don't meet quotas because the managers refuse to empower them with the proper resources and training to excel in their roles. Managers rely on grapevine channels to deliver important messages like meetings called 15 minutes before the end of shift. Managers refuse to let employees use the bathroom on request. The company steals time from employees by running the lines early. The union is a ineffective and a facade.
