      Nice headquarters but no structure at IT department

      Pros

      Nice location for headquarters next to a lake. At summer you can take a bath and skate at winter on the lunch break. Outside of Stockholm with no traffic to get there. Nice and friendly colleges.

      Cons

      Total Chaos at IT departement. The company is built by mergers, so there are no core values. Lots of different companies in one. Very hard to get them work like one company. Poor economic performance makes no future visions possible. Just cost cuts.

      Pros

      Fantastic colleagues and management that really cared about one another, Opportunites to excel in career and have a say in operations.

      Cons

      Tech-stack had room for improvements back in 2022 but the great thing was that if you had a solution you always had a great manager to challenge your thoughts and hear you out.
