Cons
The management staff is rude and condescending towards employees. The working conditions are extremely hot in the front of the house and back due to the lack of air conditioning. The dress code is super strict and contradictory. There's way too much chaos and disorganization that the employees are expected to resolve. There's a complete lack of training for new staff and you can expect to be criticized and demeaned if you do something wrong. They hide their immigrant and male staff in the kitchen and only put the pretty white women in the front as servers. If you are part time they don't allow you any breaks and will yell at you if they think you are moving too slow.
