      Pros

      The PTB is good in theory. You build up time and take it when you need it.

      Cons

      The benefits package is very middle of the road.

      Decent place to work. Stable company. Friendly leadership when they communicate.

      Not big on communication. Don’t expect a raise or pay increase.

      Pros

      I cant really think of any. I had some cool co-workers many of which have left.

      Cons

      -Expectation of constant work at all times Disregard for the personal lives of employees -Uses lawyers, and threats against employees I did not like the -CEO Threatened to withold my final paycheck for information they could have gotten on their own. -Constant crisis -Lack of any empathy from management.
