Having worked for numerous corporations ranging from Lockheed Martin to multiple small businesses, Railhead is hands down the best company I've ever been a part of. From the CEO and executive team down to the most junior employee, I'm surrounded daily by consummate professionals. The company’s success is a direct result of everyone's effort, and it is transparent. Railhead is focused on a trajectory of solid growth and sound decisions, only pursuing realistic opportunities, whether that be organic opportunities or growth through acquisition. Cons
Growing a business from scratch is a marathon, not a sprint, and with that marathon comes obstacles, challenges, and missteps from time to time. With nearly doubling in size every year since 2018, that kind of growth can expose flaws in the system, and areas that need improvement. What I've witnessed, is every aspect of the business is taken seriously, evaluated regularly, and refined to maximize culture, employee satisfaction, growth, and sustainability for the entire Railhead Crew.
