With every concern, we do re-evaluate our current operations to address any systemic problems we may not be aware of. Fortunately, no issues were found in this instance. But - unfortunately, this former employee didn't provide any specifics on their experiences and the broad-brush strokes of “play nice then tell you to do opposite of the Prime”, “Make rules as they go”, and "Benefits are the cost of a Mortgage” seem a bit out of character for us. 1) When we’re executing as a subcontractor or on any contract, we abide by the legally binding subcontract/contract. 2) We don’t make any rules as we go. There is a very easy, but detailed onboarding process, which includes a very detailed company Handbook and Offer Letter. In response to this counterterrorism analyst, all three Railhead owners were counterterrorism analysts for various agencies, so the mission is understood and there is no time for playing games or dishonestly. Railhead was founded on integrity and the principle of supporting real-world missions. There is no time for anything else. 3) We spend many days each year internally reviewing our benefit plans and additional options for enhancing our care while balancing cost savings for the employees. Many of the reviews highlight our benefits as one of the “Pros”. 4) Our “Business Outlook” was also highlighted as a negative; however, since inception in 2018, Railhead has doubled revenue each year and continues to secure more contracts each year than the previous (Prime and Subcontractor). Lastly, we’ve strategically grown through acquisition, which was a set milestone, and are surpassing many of our peers. At the executive level, we develop a strategy and execute it, but that is not often times shared with our direct hire employees on contract. If it’s a re-compete on a contract that may impact employees, we are 100% transparent.

Pros

- Great Pay - Easy to communicate with - Great benefits package - Great PTO and personal time bank system - Growing!

Cons

- I wouldn't really call it a con, but the onboarding process into systems they use was confusing. Maybe I missed something, but without a co-worker I would have been lost.

We thank you for your review. We're glad our pay and benefits are recognized as a "pro". We've spent a lot of time refining and negotiating for the Crew. Please message HR or your PM, me, or the CEO on any constructive or negative criticism, and we'll address it! You make us a Company and take care of us, the least we can do is take care of you. It makes us a Company, and it literally goes full circle. As any business should, we welcome any feedback and want to be better or address any concern!!!

Pros

The company does not micro-manage contractors on their different work sites

Cons

Corporate could keep more in touch with their employees since many are off-site. More company emails near holidays or regarding timekeeping.

Thank you for your review and comments. While we are aware we don't micro-manage, everyone can always do better at communication. We're grateful you're part of the Railhead Crew!
