      The benefits package included health insurance, which I found to be one of the few pros of working here.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was poor, and leadership was not supportive. The compensation was insufficient, as they always demanded more work without increasing the salary. Career progression required being close to the management team, which meant tolerating their abusive behavior. The workload was excessive, leading to stress, burnout, and mental health problems for many employees.
