Horrible and toxic work environment. I couldn't take time off. I felt like I was going to be fired everyday. I was micromanaged at every step. The owner and the HR/payroll person have an incredibly toxic and inappropriate relationship. Owner told her that "suicide is always an option". They state casual environment but it's not, it's extremely inappropriate and not professional.

You will do a LOT of driving. There is no real job description, and you will never know the hours you work in a day, and the owner rules with an iron fist. I started making about $2000 a week working no more than 6 hours a day, and when I quit they charged me for not going to an appointment that would've made it a 12 hour day. Finally it is a fully commission job (unless you run an impossible amount of appointments in a week), so how much you make is determined by how hard you work, which left a very large amount of my coworkers broke.
