Pros

- Fresh plants in the office and complimentary use of the microwave

Cons

The founder is openly rude and condescending, holding on to the archaic fashion world ideal that being mean to junior employees is acceptable and "chic". I was accused of things I did not do, with no chance to defend myself. Diversity was almost nonexistent during my time there. The environment felt closed off and unwelcoming to anyone who did not fit a very narrow mold. There is no support, no fair process, and no genuine respect for staff. If you value professionalism, respect, and modern workplace standards, look elsewhere.

Pros

Nice brands, good clothing allowance, lovely collegaues

Cons

Short sighted and impossible to work with senior management. CFO didn't understand fashion at all and set crazy budgets which were impossible to meet which lead to lack of bonuses for the whole team. The buyers hated coming to the showroom as they would be hounded Not very competive salaries - high staff turnover is often because of low pay

Pros

Lovely colleagues, decent clothing allowance

Cons

Underpaid with little to no chance of progression. Management aren't aligned on business strategies and employees are left in the dark. Management are more focused on cutting costs than keeping good employees. People leave without being replaced.
