You need to have good work ethic or you will not do well here. Not really a con, but I enjoy hard work.

It is hard to remember any. Although many people were nice my managers were nice until they were summarily dismissed.

Cons

The environment is without support. Rather than spend time to train and improve staff, they are more likely to cut staff off at the knees. A terrible place a terrible environment.

I have no pros to work at Rainmakers

Cons

Letting go of staff in the 4th quarter to not pay perfomance based bonuses. Bidding on contracts then replacing all key personnel after winning. Absolute disrespect for employees and clients.
