Pros
I've worked for many years in corporate America. This is the first time I've felt that my expertise and input really matter and make a difference. All levels of the company, from executive to individual contributor, work together to solve problems and bring innovative solutions to our clients. It's a cooperative and collaborative culture. Other positives of working at Rainmakers are the 100% remote work environment and great benefit options. I also like that there are plenty of career paths, like management, research, clinical, training or business development.
Cons
As a growing company, sometimes it’s a challenge to keep up with a high volume of project deliverables. But it seems like the company is putting effort into its long-term recruiting and hiring plans to balance this out.
