Pros

There are truly no pros unless you enjoy being talked down to and treated as insignificant,

Cons

Manipulative, disorganized and weak management in the company. The company’s culture is set by one person and she wants nothing to do with you unless you do something wrong — then she pays attention. There is zero level of professionalism. During a meeting, one of the HR leaders mentioned she dreads signing off on paychecks every week because she sees it as her money. Huge red flags all around.

Pros

A paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

This company is a family-run organization, so be prepared! The owner is rude, cruel, and mean. Major holidays are not acknowledged (not even a small email saying have a good time, etc) and she will email you at all times of the day and night. She is always passive-aggressive in emails and will question all responses. Nothing and I mean nothing, is ever good enough for her. Avoid at all costs, you will be miserable, treated horribly, and will regret your the decision every day!

Pros

The staff are talented and care about the clients. It is a fully remote work environment.

Cons

This is a small women-owned company, led by owner who singularly sets the tone and culture. She struggles to demonstrate integrity and respect towards the staff. There is ongoing high attrition from her letting people go or resignations.
