The best place I've ever worked at at!
Pros
The leadership team at Raisa takes care of its people and the people take care of the company. Raisa is a great place that's full of incredibly smart and caring people, not only that but they are building an amazing product that is changing the landscape of the oil and gas industry. Very good management and leadership across the company. The company values are not just "buzz words" they are values that are practiced daily by everyone. You have a huge space to learn and try new things. The company's financials are shared openly with everyone. The leadership team listens to your feedback and you are incentivized to give feedback to your manager and coworkers. Every couple of quarters there's a leadership retreat for the whole company, in this retreat we vent out, give feedback to each other, and are encouraged to be vulnerable. It was a huge learning experience for me!
Cons
There is nearly none, but if there's one point it has to do with the time difference between the Denver and Cairo. If you're a 9-5 kind of person and working as a PM it will be hard for you finish all your meetings before 5pm as the time difference is ~6hrs.
