Pros
- Good entry-level job to gain customer service and retail experience. - Supportive colleagues and teamwork when the store is busy. - Clear daily tasks (cash handling, customer service, restocking). - Flexible shifts depending on management. - Opportunities to learn point-of-sale systems and basic accounting.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the customers can be quite difficult to handle sometimes.

The role has allowed me to gain exposure to different aspects of HR, pushing me to step outside my comfort zone and learn new skills.
Cons
The hardest part of my job is actually is manager itself which is not helping in every single aspect
