Pros

The interaction and teamworking amongst staff were good. Peer to peer relationships were also good.

Cons

The Seven Deadly Habits of Highly Ineffective Founders of Ralali.com: Deadly Habit No. 1: Stay in Denial - never admits that the platform (system) is weak and treats the platform (system) as if it is GOD and there should be no mistake/weakness in the system (GOD). Deadly Habit No. 2: Create a Climate of Fear - hire fast and fire people even faster, therefore, creates job insecurity. Deadly Habit No. 3: Always Change - future plan and strategy were not firm, keeps changing all the time for the sake of "AGILE", this makes the business processes created earlier were never stabilized or even changed before it is even implemented. Deadly Habit No. 4: Keep Reshuffling the Deck - constantly reorganize current staff (mostly in less than 6 months) - adopt HIRE FAST and FIRE EVEN FASTER principle - to create the impression that the management is more closely aligning its people and process with customer needs. Deadly Habit No. 5: Creates Fake Transactions to Reach the Sky-High GMV Target. Deadly Habit No. 6: During Most of the internal/external Meetings and Reviews, the CEO will most of the time concentrate on his own mobile phone and laptop rather than concentrating on the topics discussed in the meeting. This habit is constantly carried out for the sake of "MULTI TASKING". Deadly Habit No. 7: Treat Employees Like Dirt - dishonour people and process, will only look at the bottom performance results.

Pros

Staffs are friendly. Work life balance. HO in the suburb area, so less stress from traffic madness. Good environment for fresh graduates.

Cons

Work is rather slow, and tends to be monotonous. Unclear directions as to where this company is heading to. High turnover rate, especially for managerial level and above. Lack of communication and trust shown from the management level. Unclear and unstructured performance review. No standardized salary base and benefits between level. HR function is very slow and tends to neglect staffs' welfare and rights.

Pros

Colleagues are like family, I truly cherish them. Fun coworkers are not just about the job, but also feel like a second home.

Cons

Especially the duo of devilish founders, J0S3PH 4D1TY4 M1N4RT0 and 1RW4N SURY4D1. - These devilish duo founders act as they please with employees. They want to lay off but refuse to pay severance. Their tactic is to force employees into unpaid leave for 3-4 months until the person can't handle it and resigns on their own (50% impacted). Before, when they wanted to lay off employees, they forced them to sign resignation letters. - Currently, there's a massive hiring spree for intern kids from Kampus Merdeka because many permanent employees were forced into unpaid leave. They want to exploit intern kids to replace them, and they don't pay the intern kids at all. They only get pocket money from the Kampus Merdeka government. And strangely, the KPIs for these intern kids are almost the same as permanent employees'. - These devilish duo founders often manipulate financial reports to attract investors. For instance, they have fake sellers and they place orders themselves to boost GMV and inflate profits. In reality, the platform is dead empty like a graveyard, with most users being themselves. - Business development kids were once forced to sign resignations for not making money. They refused to sign and as a result, their salaries weren't paid. Eventually, they absconded with office assets. - They won't hesitate to publicly humiliate you for minor mistakes. Their tempers are unclear and absurd. - They crave profit, profit, profit, but charge users exorbitant fees for vague products. They only care about money from users but don't provide good service. It's all about the money. When the BD team doesn't achieve, they're seen as non-performing and forced to sign resignations. - All employees were suddenly given SP1 due to the company not making a profit. The reason was to make employees uncomfortable. If anyone protested, they were told to directly confront these self-righteous duo founders. - A few months ago, 5 Head-level employees resigned together due to disagreements with these duo founders. - KPIs are set sky-high per quarter. We won't achieve them without overtime and working on weekends. If not, we won't achieve and will be put on PIP for a month. If we still can't achieve, we're forced to resign. Definitely avoid this office if you don't want this madness and toxicity in your life. Respect your mental well-being. There are plenty of companies out there that truly value your work.
