The entire team is incredibly supportive, welcoming and generous. The GM’a management style entirely focuses around trust and adapting to the skills that make you the best at what you do rather then trying to force you into a mold that doesn’t work. All of the tools you could possibly need both literally and figuratively are at your disposal, all you need to do is ask.
Cons
As with any office staff there are a couple of people who overstep or their lack of security in their job becomes one of information hoarding or control. To the detriment of others. This isn’t abnormal and is dealt with fairly well at this office.
