The only pros are good campus with good teachers.
Cons
The groupism is to no end. If you don't get mingles, you will be targated specifically. Founders don't know how to treat the people they work with, Over work is normal and the pay is quite less compared to the work done. Have no concern for work life balance. In case, you make mistake, they will leave no chance to blame you but will shamelessly ask you to do extra hours even when you have emergency. The environment is quite toxic and no transparency. The conversations are held behind locked doors with employees they seem to like based on their ridiculous judgement and you will be asked get out and decisions will be made for you without even asking from you even if you are at a superior level in the company. No appreciation of work!
