      Strong Company with a Bright Future

      Pros

      Ranir is full of dedicated, smart employees who care about the success of the company. As a mid-sized company, there aren't a lot of layers and bureaucracy, which allows employees to move quickly and feel empowered. There's a real entrepreneurial spirit from leadership on down. Everyone's opinion is respected and team members are given opportunity to grow and contribute.

      Cons

      As a growing company, there can be ambiguity and fluidity with process and accountability. This isn't bad if you're aware of it and are adaptable, but if you're looking for the same thing every day, this would be considered a con.

      Big Company-Only Money Matters Now

      Pros

      The people who work for Ranir Oral Care are great. They work hard and try to meet the deadlines provided. This was a great place to work until they sold to Perrigo.

      Cons

      Now that we are owned by Perrigo we are expected to work longer hours and weekends(salaried/no overtime) and get twice as much work done in a completely new system. Most areas are getting behind and new projects keep being piled on. There is no reward for working hard but if we don’t meet numbers during a global pandemic extras get taken away even though large profits were achieved. It is really obvious that the morale has gone way down hence a large number of great individuals who have either left or are currently job searching.

      Truly Caring People with Great Company Purpose

      Pros

      Ranir is a company full of very good, caring people. People work hard, but have work-life balance. The CEO is spends alot of time getting feedback from associates. He genuinely cares about all associates. For a private company, communications are very open. Benefits are great, especially PTO.

      Cons

      Fast growing company always have challenges to meet because you're growing so quickly. No different here, but growth are good challenges to have.
