      There Is Lots Of Finger Pointing

      The API marketplace works well and has lots of users.

      Cons

      The CEO & founder has a lot of temper tantrums. He yells a lot and sometimes he made female employees cry. He never apologizes for it later, he just sits there angry with everyone else saying horrible things and that they are all at fault for everything that happens.

      Great domain to contribute for developers

      Cons

      Result oriented place. Tech level is very low due to focus on delivering and fast. No sentiments for people who contributed a lot CEO shouts on every mistake. Very talented but not so balanced. Israel site Management is replaced often from the above reasons. Trauma!

      The new Israeli site management is very bad, unreliable and demoralises the team with irrational decisions, Undefined and confused goals, zero professional or personal .support. A lot of stress on a daily level. Many employees are looking to quit.
