      Pros

      Happy to work at a place that has clear values and sticks to them. Lots of expertise across the different teams and a flat hierarchy. A really character of a leader but you have access to him and transparency on the business plan.

      Cons

      The pace can be hard to keep up with and product development is fast!

      Pros

      Rare is offers flexible working arrangements, has an amazing social purpose and I feel inspired by the amazing group of people that work at their best everyday. Rare appreciates conscientiousness, integrity and hard work. What we get in return is a great culture of high standards that helps us grow personally and professionally.

      There aren't any cons in my opinion. I am very happy I made the move to join Rare

      - The culture is toxic and many of the OG’s at the company form cliques. - Engaging with HR is very uncomfortable due to the company's small size. - The company appears to be questionable in its practices, limiting post-employment career growth.
