      - Amazing fun, energetic, and friendly team - Lots of chances for professional growth being at a startup with a massive market opportunity - Great culture and work-life balance; Fully remote company so flexibility in your work schedule - Tons of exciting Projects to work on - Ability to contribute to more than just your role and work in different departments given the stage of the startup - Opportunity to have tons of ownership in your work

      - Given how early staged the startup is we do iterate very quickly on projects/product features/ and more which can be a new working style than some people are used at a bigger more established company

      Great team of genuinely good people that are supportive and encouraging, but also really honest. Very customer-centric and open to feedback.

      Cons

      The company moves incredibly fast. Not really a con for me but, it could be for those who prefer to take their time.
