      Too much drama from top management

      Pros

      They train you for the job and on the job -- sometimes on the fly.

      Cons

      There is a lot of drama between the top management and the immediate superiors. We are always caught in a surprise with regard to different movements within the company. When questions are asked about certain movements, more often than not, they do not provide a truthful response.

      The original senior recruiters were helpful. They trained us.

      Cons

      Some senior employees are spies for the management. They spy on their fellow employees and on the clients. The good senior recruiters left already. They skived on their employees on supposed bonuses and benefits. Clients and future clients should protect their information and products and their contractors that they hired through Raso Solutions or Rasolutions.

      Pros

      I get to work with very professional clients who also rewards us when we meet their requirements especially for great candidates that we are submitting.

      Cons

      Our monetary monthly bonuses are being taken out, instead they give us small chips less than 5 pesos or small chocolates which we can afford ourselves.
