Genuinely the worst leadership I’ve ever seen or heard about. Feels like a social experiment at times. Close to 50% employee churn in the last year with most citing a toxic atmosphere. Motivates through threats and plays favorites…until you disagree with them and then they toss you to the side. At least 5 others I know of were offered massive raises when they put in notice but said it just isn’t worth the miserable day to day. Purely from a sales standpoint, they changed the comp plan 4 times in 3 quarters, withheld commission from two reps, threatened to withhold all of our commission, and the comp plan had more decelerators than accelerators. The new sales leader has his work cut out for him.
