      Pros

      Can earn commission weekly even though you are being set up to fail.

      Cons

      Will give your sales to members of staff they like. Make deductions from your wages for no reason. Will pay you late and not apologise for it. You can not challenge the director or you will lose your commission. If you do not suck up to the staff will be punished. You are being used to fund the outrageous lifestyle of the director. No one lasts longer than two-three months. Constantly being lied to by staff members. Will never listen to feedback. Surveyors are so unprofessional.
