      Pros

      Boss was alright at first then became a bit not nice. New ish trucks constantly coming in Overtime always available Get trained properly Welcomes people into the industry who have no skill or licences and trains them up

      Cons

      Stressful Pay was just embarassing Couldn’t take holiday as you would get paid £6.5 an hour for the time you were off so basically illegal wage. Overtime expected to be done No breaks

      Nothing to comment on the good except uniform

      Cons

      Moody boss that demands you work the hours to earn a commission the best jobs are giving to the team leaders who get paid for doing the police jobs at an extra rate whilst you do all the hard jibs given you little commissions and just your basic wage
