-staff in general is great - friendly group of talented artisans, and project managers
Cons
-management - the pandemic revealed some true colors and they were pretty ugly: -dismissive of employee concerns during the pandemic, and engaged in some shady justifications of policies, procedures, and activities while refusing to communicate with staff; -owner can be petty and vindictive - unless you're a favorite or family; -owner denigrates talents of staff by regularly reminding artisans that they just "change the shape of plywood" -benefits are not that great -staff of sister company get far better treatment
