      None. Employees and tenants treated poorly.

      Cons

      Expected to work and be on-call 24/7. Employees were not expected to have lives outside the company. Owner was too old to work and very short-tempered. Also had memory problems.

      Did not accept position, no pros.

      Cons

      I interviewed for an Executive Assistant position. The first interview went well. I then went in for a second interview where the owner Ray Brown proceeded to tell me he was looking for someone to be intimate with and he would take care of them financially. He basically wanted a sugar baby.

      I get a base pay, but sometimes I get tips for a job well done or for running errands.

      He is an elderly man who some times forgets he has already told me something.
